Refund policy

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order.

 

Fine jewelry, custom orders, items mark made-to-order and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. 

 

In some cases, we will allow exchanges at our discretion, feel free to contact sales@greeneandco.com to discuss your particular situation. 

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
