Greene and Company Warranty and Repair Policy:

 

Greene and Company International guarantee all products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. We will inspect each item prior to shipping, and package the item to prevent damage in transit. We will gladly service and or repair any item that proves to be defective or provide a refund on any non-customized item that is deemed defective by Greene and Company. 

We guarantee that our jewelry items are free of defects at the time of shipment, and although final sales terms are firmly upheld, Greene and Company will at its discretion review and assist in the best way possible to solve any product issues.

 

All repairs must be approved by Greene and Company prior to returning. For repair authorization please contact service@greeneandco.com with a full description of your inquiry.

 By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.
